Step 2

Solution & Timeline Planning

Based on your requirements, we create a tailored technical solution together with a detailed production schedule. Quotation and milestone plan will be sent for your confirmation before moving forward.

Step 3:

Custom Mold Making

After plan approval, we proceed with custom mold development. Combined with 3D sculpting and precision mold fabrication, we preserve delicate skin textures for subsequent silicone casting.

Step 4:

Hand Painting & Surface Finishing

Packing & Shipment

Qualified items are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent deformation. We offer export-ready packaging and supporting documents for overseas delivery.
